RE: Cabriole Legs
I did a cabriole leg I believe it was from a tutorial you did on your blog and just looked at it and had a hard edge as you said. Will be interesting as to how you do this one will be watching Dave. Maybe with curviloft or one of Tig's plugins.

RE: Banca Desk
I agree with David about the glue joints at the top of the legs (not good just a butt joint). I like some of
his (Torsten Sherwood) designs but I think he needs a course in wood working.I would use one piece of wood or 4 pieces glued together if you wanted to maintain grain direction.
Then use a mortise machine for the mortises and also for the tapered mortise down to where they started to taper then either chisel the rest or scroll saw then a chisel. Then for the outside taper a bandsaw. And sand to finish. I'll bet Norm and David Marks might do different though. I wonder what some would say at Fine Wood Working? -
RE: #Winner SpaceMouse Pro Review
Thanks Kris you did a great job here.

Hadn't used mine much until I read your review and got into mapping the buttons the way I wanted with shortcut keys now my hands hardly on the keyboard I think thats the whole key to using it just messing around with the radial menus after earlier mention of them by mo53ley. The only thing was "undo" command wasn't working so I actually made a macro for it and works just a few more buttons and would be totally confused.

Heres what I came up with so far, for button 1,2,3 for macros and used the ESC for one RM Tools and CTRL for RM Views and ALT for RM Pro and the View buttons on the right left default. Now I got make a cheat sheet to remember what they all do.
Again Thanks to SCF and 3d Connection and Kris

RE: Keyboard shortcuts and 3d Mouse Pro
I only found 2 plist for SketchUp 2014 and deleted them and emptied trash. Still the same, really no big deal just thought it was peculiar I noticed it changed all the View Tools below the Warehouse.

And one more thing using modifier keys like command and option aren't allowed. I'm on a Mac by the way.

Keyboard shortcuts and 3d Mouse Pro
I've used my 3d Mouse Pro for some time now that I won from here at SCF and really liked it but I use a lot shortcuts for things like show hidden and the regular shortcuts that SU comes with. So in many ways you need three hands one on the regular mouse and one on the keyboard and one on the 3D mouse. All that said I started mapping the 3D mouse buttons for my keyboard shortcuts like undo and previous view and show hidden and want a shortcut to show Large toolset and use The V key but when I go to shortcuts in preferences and type V it changes all View/Tool Palettes/Large Tool set it changes all my plugins to V. Hey SU team can you fix this or maybe a workaround.

RE: Need Smaller, Good Looking Fonts
If you're running out of room on your plans and get to busy with dim. doors and windows room sizes and room names why not use schedules for some of that making repetition and busyness with in the drawing better to look at. Scrapbooks are perfect for this and you can do schedule tables in LO and save them as scrapbooks.

RE: Sketchup Pro 2014 hangs every time I quit (Mac)
I can report that I've had the same issues as econmike1 but using Twilight often had to force quit from Activity Monitor or it SU 2014 would crash and want to report to Apple instead of a Bug Splat. Also can tell you I have a Mac HD/Library SU 2013 and SU 2014 folder with SU plugins
