Yes, I have to agree. When you compare price, Indigo is worth more for the bucks.
Indigo needs more sky+sun control (seperate sun strength slider?) , but otherwise, the quality is really good.
A slightly buggy Triangulate.rb is available at Ruby Library Depot to first triangulate faces. The script messes up on a few types of faces, but it does save work. Add a one-step undo by inserting
model.start_operation "Triangulate" ### one-step Undo
after line 56, entities = model.entities.
great renders..recently I made a KT maquette material pack , based on my sketchup material pack (http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=12210), and shared it over KT forum (material section) . and here r some render using this pack , hope u joy[image: DJ1o_1st-card-board_filtered.jpg][image: H86Z_scene-2-noice-redused.jpg][image: mVfP_scene-3-12-pass.jpg]

Thanks for the comments.
I didn't forget about RC4, but I am not sure what exactly will be the concept of that.
It's quite difficult to understand how it will work and what it will do by reading the little info that is available on the Fry render forum...
After 22 hours of render time I just killed it as such R times are just ridiculous .
Maybe I should have rendered this in Podium or Vray.

Bill, don't change your trademark I love it . I was just messing with you .
And trust me lurking the shoe shop... we do it all though we will never admit it.
Cheers!
Amazing, kwistenbiebel, congrats to you.
All of this straight out of SU, uff, it seems that I have been away for quite some time, and there is lot of catching up for me to do;-)
really cool pics
indeed, texturing is very imporatant, unfortunately im rubbish at it. must try harder.
back on topic: howd you do the coffee spill? ive been thinking aobut it for a while but cant think of a good way to make it look fluid.
Thanks Jackson for the explanation.
@Ross,
Indeed the car is no where near the real thing as it comes to material use.
Thanks for pointing that out.
Maybe I'll re-render some day with correct mats.
cheers,
Kwistenbiebel
