How to use my SU 2013 PRO Maintenance & support number and where to get fast help?

I work these way and it looks like SU2013PRO has a problem here in Hybrid mode. I noticed that dimensions dissapier in oll vievs except front view... where hybrid works well.

In SU8PRO there are no such problems.... will it be fixed? (question to SU team)

Measures can be seen only in raster mocde. !!!!

How can i get defoult line weight in layout from 0.5 to 0.3.
I must always change it when I import new scenes.

Is it possible somehow freeze different scenes in layout. For example if I have many different scenes in one page, it is sometimes difficult to edit my drawing without not mooving what should not be moved. Our for example when I double click on some text note to edit it, I can open some SU scene in layout for editing. But if I could freeze scenes the same way like for example in Sketch up we can freeze any component, that would be just great.

nice work, looks like SU result , no problems to get such result in SU. The biggest problem in SU for me is that when I import dxf which I have not made myself, I must find and fix all not closed lines, clean up some lines... when it is done the rest is just a pleasure to work in SU.

I use SU Layout, but you need PRO version to have it.It makes really good looking presentations. I just made a shop presentation from imported DXF plann into SU, pull up walls , etc make all in 3D, and make all wall plans, electricity, ceilings etc. Nice.

I have a problem to snap Scrapbook group to SU model. No problem when I draw a line and start it from center- it snaps, but I can not snap agroup. Please see attachements.

How to find and join unjoined lines after I have imported some DXF plan into my SU so that I could create face. If lines are not joined somewhere- no chance to make face. So I would like to find these not joined areas, places fast and make them joined again.

Is there a chance to delete all faces in one step and leave only lines?

I do not have such comand. Does it come from some plug in?

How to do that ? "that's what's sweet about recurve.. you only have to select one edge then use the 'select curve & recurve' option... it will then select all the other appropriate segments automatically and join them." Can you please post printscreen?
