Line weight in Layout

How can i get defoult line weight in layout from 0.5 to 0.3.
I must always change it when I import new scenes.Thank you in advance

If the answer you seek is not in there, I was thinking probably you could go find the Layout internal support folder that carries the default lineweight specification and see if you can change it. I would be disinclined to do that for concern that it may have other "repercussions"?.
