Hi, yes we did. This is the company subscription ( I haven't used my home one for several years and things seem to have changed, I used to get an email with the serial number). Its' all paid for, we just don't have the number.

Can anyone guide me to where I get my 2023 serial number? It used to be on the confirmation email, but no longer.

Finally, we are getting into dynamic components. A quick question - it there just the one DC extension or are there several. if so - which would you recommend please? TIA

Ahh! thanks guys! I have to confess I've been so busy here for the last year that I haven't dropped in. I'm just introducing a colleague of mine to Layout and SketchUcation. I'll let her get signed up and introduce herself to you lovely folks.

I've been away for a loooong time, but recently ditched the freelance work and found a fabulous new job. We love SketchUp here, so it feels like playing all day! Watch this space!

Sorry for the delayed reply - internet out! That's solved it! I had tried to re-install, but it obviously hadn't run through properly as I don't recall it asking for the SU versions. I'm now up and running. Many thanks for the advice!

Sorry Box, here's the full story. I'm using Windows 10. I'm running SU2018, but I've only just installed SU2019, as I was busy completing several projects. SU2019 seems to be running normally, I'm just adding in all my prefered extensions. I already have Twilight Render 2 running on SU2018. I just don't seem to be able to get it running on SU2019 - the name should be coming up under the extensions menu but it isn't there. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've only just updated to SU2019, (not wanting to do it mid project). I can't get Twilight Render to install - Has anyone got any ideas please?

I've only just found this thread - well I joined around 2013, so missed most of it. I read the lot and laughed until I couldn't breath! I still think 'soccer' should have been shadow boxing, 'Karioke' was 'heavy print', 'Seifeld' was 'stand-up comics', I'm absolutely sure 'love machine' should be 'heart-(r)vending'. Costofinkel's first comment on p33 had me in fits... and Tobobo's cat hook comment on p46....I need oxygen!
Oh and the new Boofredlay's new one - something to do with cutting loose of sh*t, man!

Thank you. I haven't updated to SU2018 yet but will look at this again when I do. In the mean time, my partner/tech support has re-set a previous driver until I can install an NVidia card. Thanks everyone.

Many thanks Dave! It makes sense now...I updated Windows 10 late last week. Normally always go for nVidia but omitted to on this PC! (oversight) Rectifying now! Augh!

This morning the Select tool is operating on a 5 second time delay. I have run some up-dates on the extension manager but nothing else. Once objects are selected, everything runs normally.

Just wanted to say - I've just upgraded my image editing software to Affinity Photo. I was using Serif, but a couple of years old. The new AP for Windows is amazing! I thought I'd just be getting a bit of an upgrade, but I'm still learning all the new techniques available. 'Makes me want to go back & re-edit all my previous renders!

Is anyone else here using AP?

Bother...! I've mislaid an extension that I now need. Can't remember who wrote it or the name. Its a pen tool which allows different colours & dashed lines. There were some short little pens as icons. Can anyone recognise it, please?
