DavidH Right hemispahere has a a product that works within MS Office. Deep View AKA SAP Visual Enterprise Viewer Complete Best, Charlie EDIT: Just discovered that the ability to generate 3D .pdf from MS Office Word & PP has been dropped in Deep View V7.0. Though it is not obvious anywhere on the Right Hemisphere web pages....actually to the contrary .......sigh. Apologies to those that played. Best, Charlie

Hi David, I appreciate all your work in this forum! Great stuff. Most of the things I do are quick bridge concepts, essentially quick what ifs, for explaining ideas. I just don't have the computer hardware to render a flawless scene in a short amount of time. (Plus I don't have the patience (or skill) to wait for a overnight render.) I see your style of post processing as the key to turning around a project, in a short amount of time, without a loss of quality. I think sometimes people worry too much about the quality of render vs the quality of the idea. (although you get both) Not sure I have a point here, but I will be following along this section of the forum, to steal as many idea as I can from you! Thanks! TBG

Fantastic work as usual. My only small criticism involves trees that appear in reflection that are not in the scene or reflect at the wrong angle. It does not spoil the project, but just proves I am watching closely.

Pretty cool! One additional step would be to mask out the city lights on the bottom of the image. Keep up the good work!

@man: I just saw your post. I think I understand the issue, for the bottom of the pool I merged the cake caustic pattern with the bottom texture "before" rendering as a texture, I think this was not the original idea but worked fine for me. I am attaching the skp file. fountain.skp

Sorry, the last image was a low res version.Attached is a slightly different version, higher res, from a different view. These images are part of a set of images I am trying to create in my method, except that I want to be able to start an image and finish in 15 minutes, not including the render. I have created a library of entourage for NPR images over the last couple of years.Photor-ealistic imagery for the end result is easy enough, but NPR is where,as a starting point, mood can be created.
