Thanks guys, I am still finding out new effects in Thea, the global medium can create some amazing moods.
Here are 3 more views, this time from an off ramp close by the main scene.
All of the models were downloaded from 3D warehouse but the McDonalds was originally a theatre,I changed the colours and added the logos.
The rear lights on the white van in the foreground are a bit blown out but hey,its all just a bit of fun

Thea render mist - americana streetscape
Its been a while since I uploaded any images here.
Attached are 2 images from a sketchup model assembled using different models from 3d warehouse with some colours and logos changed.(some other renders of this model were uploaded quite a while back - http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=81%26amp;t=54325)
They were rendered in Thea render, using global medium to create the mist effect.
The soft glow from the car lights were added in photoshop.

RE: Landmarks NPR
A few more, one of the London eye and 2 of Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
These are more photoreal than NPR but still have an amount of photoshopping included.
All the renders here are done in interactive mode, and I like to have a model rendering in the background while I get on with my "real" work.
