Hi Larry,
I've played around a bit. I've kept the group and used ThomThoms Cleanup, then the intersection worked. I don't know why!

Hi Joe,
the helix i generated with Drawhelix 14. The Helix has to be ungrouped!
Charly
Hi Joseph,
I can not explain why but for me it works fine. Try it once with the attached file
Charly
Hi Kristoff,
thank you for your friendly help. With your files, it works fine. Thanks also to the others.
I've tried similar to your example to do this with the Wisteria flowers and leaves. But the old leaves are still present, although only the Wisteria pngs are in the Texture directory.
I probably have not understood how it works or I'm too stupid.
Charly
Maybe you can help me again. Now the leaves are not transparent! The problem was treated in an earlier post but I could not find it until now.
Charly
HI
I installed the "LiveIvy 1" but there are generated only strains and no leaves. Am I doing something wrong? In the Ruby Console is displayed, see below.
Problem solved: I had forgotten to press the ctrl key.

Hi TIG,
thanks for your detailed explanation. I learned something again.

Hi,
So far I had no problems with this tool. Now I wanted to trim the Romans PNG and get the result shown below. I have no idea why.
Charly
Thanks Anton for this, good useful tool. I've always been waiting for such a tool. I have no problem in Win 64-bit and Sketchup 8
One reminder: The change in full-screen mode to another application is done with the Windows and Tab key.
Hi,
Sometimes when I open Sketchup, it starts in a minimized window and the toolbar is messed up. If I maximize the window and select "Restore toolbar Position" nothing happens. I have to set up the toolbar manually again.
Has anyone ever observed the same behavior?
Charly
Hi Tobias,
have a look at this thread
http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=41120&hilit=plugin+solid+quantify
for flat surface(s) select your surface(s) (without edges) and open Window-->Entity Info.

Hi,
There are really no such things as "best plugins for sketchup".
It all depends on what are you using SU for - if you´re interested in organic modeling, go for Artisan, and so on.
Of course, getting a grip on SU native tools first would be a good start
Look at the forum, as there are many threads dealing with plugins, So you will have an idea about the different plugins and their use. Just enter "plugin" into the search and you'll find a lot of threads.

Hi rogueparker,
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try it.

Hi Fredo,
Thanks for the quick reply. It works.
Charly
Hi,
thanks for this wonderful plugin. I often work with it. I have now installed the latest version but I get no dialog box. What do I need to see the dialog box?

Hi,
I'm very excited about the 3D capabilities in Photoshop CS6 Extended. These are my first steps.
The model above I have exported as "*. Obj" and rendered in PS.

Hello Herman,
I've tried the tool, but I get an error message at the beginning. But I could not find this file "mo_mo_main.rb" only "mo_mo_main.rbs".
