I just loaded a huge model in to SKP 2013 trial, and was like owning a AMD dual core 2gig system again.
running like this is not fun or enjoyable, sent information to SKP as per link asking them why are they treating users like "Lord of the rings"... "Ooooo shinny Buttons Master,, Must have shinny buttons"

I'm trying to start a session of SU and I get bugsplat (attached error message) does anyone had this problem that can help me?

If you have recently installed some plugins try disabling them [move them out of the Plugins folder temporarily] then if SketchUp starts OK you know the culprit[s]...
Then maybe the cause can traced easier...

The one that gives the splat is "Fredo6: Joint Push Pull Interactive v3.1a"
is there a way to recover to previous version?

The tool itself is NOT known to cause issues.
Have you also got and installed the very latest Lib for Fredo's tools - available from the PluginStore http://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=LibFredo6

Works fine for me and many other users...
It it's still failing with that latest Lib in tandem... then it might be 'innocent', BUT clashing with a 'less kindly' script...

Do you have any of the known quarantined/rogues loading too ?
SketchyPhysics, some Vray betas, older Podiums, Matchbox, etc...
If so, try again without those...

I have other plugins from Fredo and the Joint Push Pull Interactive v3.1a is the one not working, it was ok before this version and I can't go back to previous one..

I don't have any quarantined ones I saw the quarantined topic already.

When I submit the form at this link I get back an error message about invalid login, despite the fact that the form says nothing about needing a login and has no place to put one!
