Agreed, that is an improvement but I like the first too. Not easy merging all those components but you do the scene justice.
It also seems that my typing brain cell is on the whoopee juice too.

Dang it! That would have been perfect! Thanks anyway.
hi All
i'm just trying the Enscape demo version - unbelievable how fast it goes. The out of the box example below is a combination of exterior and interior lighting and rendered with 4800 x 2700 pixels - it was finished after 15 seconds - even for such a small model very very fast ...

I like it, a clean honest image that tells everything you need it to.
What I meant by that is that it does not have after effects applied to make it a sketch etc. Perhaps I should rethink my replies.
Tuna, I have a client (cell phone retailer) who is the same way when I do a model of one of their new stores - no cars, people, landscaping, or other entourage of any kind.
Haha yes a super tiny bevel on the keys would have been ok but the texture had the round edges and hid this a bit. The screen is so small a protrusion i think i made it 1mm i suspect in reality it is flush with the plastic case. regarding the brightness perhaps are screens are calibrated differently. Also sometimes i think the mistakes and imperfections often add to the photo realism. Super bright stuff seems unrealistic sometimes also. I'm happy with the result perhaps it is just my interpretation. I added the image below that i used if anyone else wants to try :
