On the left side - the "old" part of the city, with app 880 people living in it
Centre side - industrial - which is actually the biggest part of town - there is more shops and industry here than in any mid-sized town
Right side : combo new part / township with app 8000 people living in it

unfortunately it's not a standard style, but a combination of a sketchy style and some Photoshop.

Thats great Tinanne. The development is a pretty good size, I would imagine they need a number of renderings. I occasionally check there site to see the latest with the project.

I dug up another overall view. It gives you a better idea about the massing and scale of the building.

Nice desk, maybe it is nicer when it is rendered, but some more details will be better.

Studio setups are useful when u have to render objects so that it looks like those pictures u find in the magazines!
