Thanks Markus. I like the $tone too. I have little to do
with design decisions on this one though, I am just modeling
and producing construction docs.
I am sending you a PM.

Hey Alex - wondered where you'd been hiding. Obviously hard at work. Great work as usual, and always nice to see SU integrated into a production pipeline. Always look forward to your posts.
Andy.
So we know the way the building is facing now with that little statue addition! As others have said - interesting design. The pool needs to have 12 oxen below it

i think if anyone has a copy it would be nice if they posted it and Jim could get a copy back. Maybe you could list all the plugins you lost. i'm sure there are copies hangin around.

To me it seems to be part of your professional ethics to do it well even if you don't like the client's idea.
I have always admired the way you work with SU output.

Thanks mate!
Funny though if I don't like the way the client wants to do it I just tell them sure, I can do it that way it will just take longer and cost more! Hopeful!!!
the materials and lighting are everything now, as you have a good model (I believe)
I don't think the materials have a realistic look to them at all currently.
perhaps if you were to find a trusted 'buddy' over at the KT forum to help work out the mats, you could have a killer render.
definitely look at the aged metal library they have for download.
Awesome work Carlos!! Can't figure out if this is a render or an actual photograph!!! yeah I know that it's a render but still wanted to say that?? Have you done any post processing in this render or just straightaway jpeg export from vray frame buffer?? The lighting, materials, shadows are looking really amazing...!!! Good job!!!
The first one rocks!!!
I realy like the architecture of the house. We don't really have a chance to do houses of this proportions in our country ))
looks like a small hotel
Fantastic work Tom!
Hi! the scene is well done, to me, but... any further info? it seems you've used some render engine.. but the image looks pretty like a raw SU view. And what's the purpose? I mean if you're working for a photorealistic scene there are so many issues yet...
