Sorry, missed this response, stuff happening and loudly. I will not be sending any scene's for a while as onepillockdrive is taking me up the wall. On my tenth circuit of wall, ceiling, wall, floor....... microsnot wanting me to reinstall the pillock drive to "Experience the full benefit of a properly functioning pc experience, it is only between £20 and £50 per month to home all my files on their 'super safe' servers". Crazy! Mate for a home in NZ it seems very compartmented. I would have imagined NZ would have even in older homes more connection between the kitchen / dining / living?

Hi yes the buildings are my work, we also do another range with pitched roofs, o even vertically clad cedar. Many of the choices are the customers own. I'm unsure what to do post processing as I never get to a high level with adobe. I bump map the grass in podium.

@mitcorb said: Very impressive, especially that you removed excess fat. thanks Mitcorb, when you are dealing with a realtime engine you have to be good with poly count. The final poly count was 180000 with plants, car and characters.

I am definately not that good at rendering or getting the textures right, but I gave it a try in kerkythea anyway. I want to try a few different programs that I can get for free or already have so bare with me while I try to get this done in scorching heat. My computer overheated yesturday so I don't know if it will today, otherwise the first renders would be up already. Anyway pass on the comments please.. EDIT: These are PhotonMap High + AA 0.3 Renders. Seems like cheaper gaming cards (GeForce line) are better for this kind of software. And also for Octane Render.

Nice renders! Would these be new builds, but in a traditional style?

Very nice, Mr. Scotti. It'd be nice to see some people in the rendering.

Tails, it's the last link in my post, you have to scroll down and download the plugin which will create a teapot, cup and spoon. I posted a fully textured cornhole game the is in the exterior render in the components section of the forum here: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=33999 Enjoy!

You may be able to make reasonable guestimates by looking at other small recognizable features on the building such as the defunct lighting fixtures dangling on the facade or the vertical dimension of the horizontal "lines" or the gutters and downspouts or even the widths of the mullions and muntins as a gauge against larger elements such as glass panes. I do this and helps me get fairly close.
