or more RAM.. that usually helps. I haven't tried the 64 bit sketchup yet, but I'm hoping that helps as well. That was a 95mb file and it ran pretty well, actually. The tables/chairs didn't cause any issues but the component for all of the vertical ropes did some damage. I had to keep that turned off alot of times.
As usual very nice work. You might add some BOOKS! I know they don't use them anymore but the older people making the capital improvements decisions might relate.

Mate I seriously love the use of the cabinet door to close the space off. I've been designing a host of home designs of late that similarly utilise joinery to create room division. It's not something at all common here is Australia and I seriously don't understand why! We always build a wall and then the cabinetry to it rather than letting the cabinet become the divide, even if the cabinet is single side facing it can still be finished on the reverse side as a feature to the room!

Your renderings are rich and complex with all the details and materials. Looks like they stuck to the design, the feel of the place is the same as the renderings.
