Hi Tegman, Your modeling is fantastic. However, I like the first elevation better because this house just doesn't look right with that stone facade... The garage works, but not the rest. Are you designing and making the material choices or are you doing this for someone else's design and/or specifications? Anyways like I said, great modeling.

OK now I have moved into Kerkythea and am awaiting client comments. While I wait, I will download KT 2008 Echo and install it. For some reason I could not make the photo visible when it imported to KT so I had to cheat with PhotoShop. I also have to replace those two funeral directors in the hall with some suits from Armani. How long before this process becomes effortless? I thought nothing could be easier than a long straight hall. NOT! I tore the model apart and rebuilt almost from scratch and the results were worth it. Even convinced my son to pose as the delivery man. I wonder what it will cost me? The photo on the right wall is one that I shot of an old abandoned Buddhist temple in Vietnam. That was 30 to 40 years ago. I have been wondering when it would come in handy. The closest wall were looking to saturated and pink. I could not get the color I wanted so I put a false wall behind the camera and painted it blue. Then I put a light behind the camera reflect a blue light into the scene which gave me the eact lighting I was looking for. Its cheating but it worked. [image: d4a5_afshar_hall_small.jpg]

Thanks for the comments. The cars, btw, are from FormFonts; the people from Poser. Ray, it always helps to get a fresh set of eyes looking at things, thanx. I agree, it does seem somewhat sterile. However, most clients don't want to see "messy reality" (sadly, where this building is that would include the homeless). In fact, we "removed" a rather ugly utility pole in front of the building. One thing that would help are the road textures (too clean), but haven't been able to master mixed materials in Vue yet. Maybe a few more people?

Thanks. the Padauk is mine. Edited from something else but I don't recall what. The Wenge is from a pretty good photo of it. The QWSO was from an image I found with a Google search but it was made usable by our very own Modelhead and in a thread in the Materials forum.

Thanks Baker, What do I think! I think you might consider changing the texture as it looks a bit repetitive, maybe increase the scale of the texture? Mike
