Hey Rich...I posted the output from the Sketchucation plugin, any chance you can help free up those licenses from the machine I don't have anymore? Thanks
Can you get that device to least update to Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1?
We need to get you to a point where you can at least manage a device yourself. Your output has 4.2.9 and and older license system.
Once that's sorted email support@sketchucation.com and we can look at the rest.
That did the trick! There were files duplicated in both locations - I just uninstalled all of the extensions that had been located in the incorrect folder and reinstalled. Now we're working just fine - thanks for the tips!
If you have installed it correctly then you will find it under the Extensions > Clothworks menu

It will only appear in the context menu if you right click a group/component or pre select it then right click

No, licenses are tied to the account that purchased.
Seats can be used on other devices by other users but the purchaser's item cannot be migrated to another account.
Have you restarted SketchUp after the extension's installation ?
Have you also installed the latest LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset which handles the licensing ?
Have you successfully received the extension's license file ?
Have you looked up your licensing status in the SCF MyLicenses page ?

Yes, if you logout after upgrade to allow your new permissions to apply.
Then when you login and visit https://sketchucation.com/plugin-list.php the price is automatically reduced.
Thank you, I didn't know that. Now, I know why I am not getting a discount. If I still face any problem, I will message you.
We have many turkish users that are unable to purchase.
You could ask a friend outside of Turkey to purchase on your behalf. If that's not an option then I'm afraid you can't buy at the moment.
Check faces are correctly orientated in SketchUp and apply material in SketchUp to it. Or Give the face a color as a marker that you can then change in TM. Face's must be oriented the right way.
Thank you Rich and Tig
After reading the installation instructions, I somehow convinced myself this was a stand alone program that ran outside SketchUp and not just an extension.
It installed fine with your instructions …
Thank you
Doug

Send an email to support@sketchucation.com
Thank you for your answer
The support did answer in a positive way and canceled my order so I could place another one (cheaper).
I dont know how I can close this topic but if anyone can do it: go!
