@Rich-O-Brien I've managed to sort it, thanks. I had the axes in the wrong place and, in effect, was looking at the scenes from below ground level. I've rationalised both the axes and camera positions now, and everything looks fine now.

In a couple of scenes, SECTION_2 & 3, there seems to be what looks like a veil over the top half. I have attached the file for your review. I don't understand why it's happening. Any help or suggestions to prevent would be appreciated

Hi, guys can’t seem to figure this one out! In two separate ‘scenes’ of the same ‘style’ two identical ‘groups’ appear differently. The first shows all ‘edges’ of the ‘scene’, the second hides the edges on two (identical) groups only.

I am I missing something obvious? tried turning on all etc and various other things including redrawing and re-inserting. Perhaps I’ve been working too much in isolation!

Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received

Hi Guys, I have a dynamic component that has an incorrect dimension. Can anybody tell me how to change it, please?

The model is attached. I want to use the MK12 option which should have a frame size of 78 x 180cm, unfortunately, the width is set to 94cm which is wrong and I don’t know how to change it.

I think I solved it! You have to establish a reference point within the Group in which you are trying to move the lines. And it has to be a 'line' not a 'guide line' it seems. It doesnt seem conistent though Any feedback welcome

Hi, I have a plugin in SU2016 which I would like to add to SU2017. I've been advised to download a fresh copy but I can't identify it! Even in SketchUcation Plugin Manager, I can only see 'makefaces' but there is no reference to who's it is. In the programme, I right click onto the command Generate Faces. Can anyone tell me who's plugin it is please as I've forgotten!?

I tried to id the 2016 scripts via Sketchucation Extension Manager but it wouldn't recognise them. I remembered one may have been Smustard and other perhaps J. Dolabany so I downloaded each of those. I recall one suited me better than the other. Both are .rb files. I'm not clear about you last question.

Doh! Found it under 'windows', Extension Manager', 'Install extension'

I have this plugin on 2016 but I can't see how to install this plugin in 2017. The option to install via 'Window', 'preferences', 'extensions', 'Install extensions' is not present in 2017 version.

Can someone tell me how to transfer the setup including plugins from SU 2016 to 2017 please?

I've managed keyboard shortcuts so far but that's about all!

Hi, Guys Thanks for the suggestions neither of which worked, unfortunately. Yes, it is a CAD import. In the end, I just redrew circles in the positions to which they didn't work originally.

Many thanks for your suggestions. if I had more time available we could pursue why it still didn't work with your suggestions, need to get a planning application in, though!!

All Layers visible as you want

Will be the same for any other terrain!

Hi, It takes down the spread outline on all but not the trunks of all. I'm thinking it is because they are all not on the red, green plane

I think could be that some of the circles indicating the positions are off plane i.e. not coplanar to the green red plane.
