Perhaps this will spawn a new generation of progammers, and it is a lot smaller than the BBC Micro. Nice concept to use existing computer hardware, and readily available electronics.

Seems to be a lot of interest too:

There is a potential danger near the building's edge where the wall meets the glass balustrade. A child could easily topple over the balustrade at that point. In fact, the whole edge of the raised area presents a safety hazard (thinking here of people not being aware of the drop and stepping backwards). The obvious solution is to have a glass balustrade edging the raised area, including either side of the steps. Also gives people something to lean on.
Otherwise, very nice.
Kind regards,
Bob
Dear John,
That is absolutely stunning. Impossible as it is to imagine, you seem to get better and better.
Kind regards,
Bob
Could we see a few sections through the model? It would be nice to see how the shade fits with the lamp stand.
A very nice piece of work.
Kind regards,
Bob
Dear David,
Just caught this, and would like to wish you a belated Happy Birthday. Have a brilliant 2012 et seq.

Dear Sam,
So as not to have the plugin buried in a thread, could you possibly re-publish your plugin under Plugins and reference the application?
Kind regards,
Bob

Dear Mark,
I remember North Carolina as being hot in summer and cold in winter. The open design is going to pose problems for heating and cooling. I think your structural engineer will have concerns over the long cantilevered floor too. They don't happen often in NC (hurricanes that is), but I'd be worried about the wind shear and lift on those structures. I could imagine the long cantlevered floor twisting/rotating about its centreline.
Kind regards,
Bob
John,
Just signed in and noticed the porch. I think it look better with, but it is all a matter of choice.

Dear John,
Go on, put a porch on it. You know you want to!!

Dear John,
Is this an existing house? If so, then the architect could have done with your skills. The windows look about right, but the door seems wrong in proportion. I think a porch would look nice, and might make the front elevation more aesthetically pleasing. As always, a very nice model.
Best wishes,
Bob
Happy Birthhday TIG. May you have many more.

Dear Kirill,
The video link doesn't seem to be working when viewed here, but works if you go to your website.
This looks to be a very useful plugin for building design and the positioning of renewable energy systems. I will watch its development with interest.
Thank you for all your hard work.
Kind regards,
Bob
