Wish id played around with the exposure a bit more on this one, foreground is too dark imo.

Pretty chuffed with this one. Think it captures the moment well.

Really needs something in the foreground, but i like the symmetry.

personally id go for the geforce card. You'll get more performance for your money, and as long as you choose carefully (check which card/driver combos work with your chosen apps before you purchase!) then you shouldnt have any problems.

Oh no, i wasnt suggesting it was a complaint, its just something i havent considered would affect the performance of SU before, so thought itd be interesting to investigate further.

Well i think your best option is to do it manually, it'll probably be easier than you think...

i think the easiest thing to do would be to use Fred06's tools on surface plugin to draw the yellow line on then clean up the remaining geometry.

Personally i disagree that the distinction between finished and in-progress has to be nuanced and subjective. I think a thread that starts of detailing the very beginnings of a project, where the author knows theres is still a lot of work to be done, can easily be labelled a work in progress compared to a piece of work that has been taken as far as the author wants.

A quick question about using values of n<1 if i may: how do you handle it, because surely you'll end up trying to take roots of negative numbers which'll give you imaginary numbers, unless you just take the imaginary part and use that?

Have you tried re-downloading the file? sounds like it might have been corrupted.
