Hello Daniel, I meant pieces. I just made a sphere and scaled it. This seemed to work for now.
Thanks,

Do you know how to use an ftp program? If so, I can email you a login and password to my ftp to use for a little while.
Chris
Chris what's the best way to share it? It's over 300,000kb.
Thanks,

Is it possible to photomatch a one point perspective? I have not seen any examples of this.
Is it possible to photomatch a one point interior perspective?
How about curving in the other direction? These should be on the wish list for function with the 3d tect commmand.
Where do you find the sketchup installer file? We're having the same problem.
Also, have you made sure all faces are front face.
Looking for a good workflow for creating a stacked limestone wall. Any ideas would be helpful. I started off with basic shape as rectangle. Is there a ruby script to select and make square somewhat irregular at the edges?
Stone in background was done by fillet block ruby and then subdivided for editing by scaling.

Well said Phil. I think it all depends on what you are comfortable with and task at hand. Although I am biased to hand drawing in some cases there is no way I could create some designs on paper vs computer especially when a lot of repetitive geomerty is involed. Think about the parametric high rise designs that are created these days. I'm sure by now there are some guy's out there that have quickly done some masterful works on the computer w/o touching pencil n paper.
Ive seen some sculptors create some master pcs w/o ever touching a drawing. It
has more to do with the individuals skill and comfort level and choosing the right tool for the job.
Thats an interesting twist, Random color. How exactly is this done. Does the random color get assigned in sketchup via su ruby? I use kerky and this would be a nice feature with proxies instancing.
berserk: This is good to know thanks for bringing this to the fore.
Pretty close to the way smart board works with sketchup. You can actually use your hands or fingers on the smart board.
D,
I have the free version 6 at home. Does not work with free. I haven't tried it with the pro version at the office. I really liked it to export jpg's and dwg's. Does anyone else use this plugin?
Thanks,

I'm sorry, I must have not been very clear. What I mean is that the hidden lines that form the geometry is what I would like to change into lines that one could display when printed out. Or one could extrude a shape along the lines as in a window mullion. I think windowizer may be what I need.
Is it possible to make all SU hidden lines that define geometry to solid lines on surface?
You mean like this?
