As you know Asgvis was acquire by chaos-group, since that happened, all the users are gone. there is one single post in the forum gallery, there is no more people to contribute to develop the program and all the great feedback that we have in the past is gone they respond in 24 40 hours. Is sad to see the great achievement that "Fernando Rentas" and his group put so much effort for nothing, sometimes money make things better this is not the case. They kill the company and all the resources " THE USERS"..

Almost all the *.rb files DO WORK there are very few .pluginwhich is a bundle not a 'file' are made for either Mac or PC, you would need the Mac version.

download new versions of the ones you can't live without into your Mac Sketchup plugins folder, and see if they work, chances are they will.

Google may know of a way to have a multi row custom toolbar, but if they do they're keeping it secret...
and to make it crazier, in my experience toolbar managers are defiantly one type of *.rb or *.rbs [ruby plugins] that tend not to work on Macs, although I think there are exceptions [I gave up looking],

on the plus side, if you open and then move a toolbar, it will always be there until you move or close it...

I have tons of plugins for sketchup that I use and all are almost *.rb... wow that's a bad news... I am new in Mac OSX and I still have my Pc. Does anybody know how I can make the toolbars all in 2-3 rows in Sketchup for mac or have to be all on one row witch is crazy...

I read all the comments and when select the plugin and I create the Ivy there is not setup so where is the setup? Can I change something or just grow and grow and that's it?

Hi guys:

I try to create a metal corrugated wall horizontal. I apply the material but when i make the render it does not show the metal in the right scale. I want to know where in the settings from the material editor I can scale the textures so I can see the achieve goal. I attach all the images and samples include the material.

Thank you for all the reply messages, I running sketchup 8 pro and I install some plugins and simple just wont load, very rare, like the Obj importer or 3dm importer, I already looking in the Preferences and not appear there so I am confusing...But I have some installed so I will keep try. Thanks again for the messages. Ahh I forgot I have not bad messages, just some wont load. Maybe are for sketchup 7 who know.

I have this dilema, I read the post all perfect. I try to mimic the results and I want to know what I am doing wrong. I attach the tree and the images for the render. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I use Sketchup Pro 8 and Vray 1.48.89. Some of the leaves show as a rectangular green. I have no Idea why.

I am out of the country for vacation, I will post a result after I back in a month.

I use Vray sun, It take me 6 hours to learn the caustic and put so many options that I am proud of the results. After I make the same results that I wanted and the begin of my question, I move in to the caustic so I can more realistic view of the pool. Now I can do the pool and the sea...Great work, but allot of learn...
