I guess in your case since what has changed is the location where you are saving the files, that's where it seems the issue stems.

in my not so infinite wisdom I updated Libfredo today after being prompted to do so from the attempted use of fredospline and now i cant seem to get JPP or fredospline tools to work, tried deleting libfredo6 from the plugins folder manually and reinstalling with sketchucation tools still no luck
sketchup 2022, have not made the jump yet
the video would get generated in the same folder correct
yes sir 80 frames gets created, as long as the image sequence is selected/highlighted
in my case 9 out of 10 times it is an I/O problem.......

from this window the GUI button open folder does nothing, no idea if that is useful information

i am having an issue getting a video to produce, i get the frames generated in a file generated from animator but not a video
i am using SU 2019, i have FFMPEG installed in the plugins folder where libfredo6 is installed the ruby console is generating the following

SOOOOO.... in my genius Monday morning attempt to be more productive i wanted to install Recall last tool, it has completely crashed my 2019 pro.
removing the rb from the plugins folder has resolved the crashing
