RE: 3 wishes for SU7
On Topic: I think Make-Up would be one of the great things for SU7, right up there with High-poly support. Imagine how easy it would be to texture an organic model!
Semi-Off Topic:

I've got a Crowbar, Is that okay?Off-topic:
@unknownuser said:just imagine medieval wars would have been fought with such weapons. a whole battlefield squealing and squeaking from the sound the different hammers, axes, swords
I really had a good laugh at that thought. -
RE: Hughes H200 w.i.p.

RE: The queen is hot, so get it on...
Great looking Model Durant, It looks rather like some sort of Sci-fi attack vehicle.

How the hell do you make love with a car?! Humping the exhaust?
That is the first thing I wondered... Plus, isn't an exhaust kind of... Sharp?

RE: Student-Teacher Relationships
I'm not going to go to much into it, But I could never understand how women is poses with Cars could be extra attractive, Unless you're like this guy who "did it" with 1000 cars...

RE: Some sI-fI RENDERS

The names in the link you provided looks slavic or balcan, while the original is in English.
Ah Yes... You see the reason they're not in English is that it's the only map of that type(and resolution) I could find on the web. So in the case of no map, or slavic/balcan map, I'll take the slavic/balcan map.
As for progress, None. I might work on it later tonight.

RE: Ruby capable text editor
Have you tried ConTEXT yet? It's free, and works great, they've even got a Ruby Highlighter: (Right click: Save As...) http://www.contexteditor.org/downloads/highlighters/Ruby.chl
I use that for all sorts of different files.

RE: [Plugin]Matchbox_r1.1
Max, I finally got around to mucking around with Matchbox, and I came up with a lovely little futuristic car, So I decided to make it one of my projects!(Along with building a whole city and making a detailed model of a house)
Anyway, I've added some details to it, and popped it into Hypershot for a quick render.
Enjoy!
Thanks so much for such a great plugin!

Haha, I actually have that on my wall. Must have been really hard work translating it. Clay renders looking great so far, very organic and nice.
Thanks very much! Might I ask what you mean by Translating it?

RE: Some sI-fI RENDERS
Those are really nice! The "logo" on the top of the second one down looks a bit similar to the Imperial Logo from Star Wars:

If I were you,I'd keep this "low detail" variation as a master model, turn each building/block into components, export the components, work on the details in smaller, individual files and at the end re-import them.
That's exactly what I had in mind. And don't worry to much about my Laptop, It's got 2x 3.6 GHz Processors, They shouldn't be too tired at the end of it.
Tomislavm, In total, how many hours would you say You've been working on that City?

RE: The City Of Ankh-Morpork W.I.P.
Because I'm so good I've uploaded 2 very quick test renders of the progress so far. Keep in mind that all the buildings are super low detail to start with, and as it goes, I'll add more details.
And in case you ask, It's said that the river is based on the Thames.

The City Of Ankh-Morpork W.I.P.
Well, I've got a lot of time on my Hands, and I thought I'd try a bit of a big project. I am going to make a full low detail model of the City of Ankh-Morpork from the Terry Pratchett novels: Discworld.
Now they say that the line between Genius and Insanity is very thin, So I'll show you a picture of the map and let you be the judge of it. I'll upload some pics tommorow or Monday.

Great! Another Happy Hypershot User!
So Might I ask, where did you get the HDRI From for the lighting?

RE: Rogue's W.I.P's!
That Ford looks great! Odd looking Wing Mirrors though.
Mind if I have a go at rendering one some time?

RE: Hypershot Renders
That looks lovely, It would be great to see it in a Caterham with the Bonnet up.
