Oh dear, I leave the SketchUp community for a while, come back, and find this... Why did I ever leave?
Truly this is very impressive, I've never seen anything like this in SketchUp before, I'm also amazed at how well it runs, truly impressive.

Those are wonderful looking. Good job, I'd say 23 and 25 are my top picks.
Those look lovely, especially the last one. The fluid in it's very realistic looking.
Well yes, but it really it's a Trike, not a Bike. Still, as Mike said, it's a heck of a sight cheaper than a Carver.
Sadly I'm not an iPhone user, I'm never really in one place long enough to take out a contract with a cellphone company. But still, I've got the iPod Touch.
Mike, I have to say, if that new design comes true, I'd manage to find a way to be the first in the queue. Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if there's anywhere that sells used iPhone 3Gs?

Good choice, you'll want to stay away from those half boats Might I ask which design it is?
But really, I agree with Roger, that Transom would frighten me.
Gai, Shift it on over to the other forum!
I'm sorry I haven't been modelling much, I've been very busy, Hopefully I will get some done tommorow.
The Speed isn't bad, I was able to run Firefox slightly slower than the Host PC could. SketchUp was about 1/4 the speed of the host though.
Obama? Speech? Tonight?
Oh that's right, I'm sick of election news
Thanks for that link, Jing certainly looks like a handy app.
Well, I bought it today. I got the 13"...
I'm never going back to anything other than a Mac! It is the nicest to use thing I've ever seen. It's simple, powerful, And because it's new to me. Fun!
Performance wise, It's perfect for what I need it for. It's able to tackle SketchUp fine, It can handle some of my other Hobby Programs, And tomorrow I'm buying X-Plane for it. All in all, it's Marvelous.!
Thank you guys for your support.
Hmmm... It's a very difficult choice. I honestly don't know what to do. I love being able to use almost any program I want right now on my current PC(Although Slowly). And the idea of not having access to some of those programs with a Mac annoys me a little. And now that I think about it, I'm going to spend a whole load of Cash on what could turn out to be something that doesn't agree with me...
I will have to sleep on it.
Pete, I don't mean to sound dense, But wouldn't a Nvidia be a Dedicated Graphics Card? As for the size, What I'm using at the moment is only a 12.1" screen, so the mac is much better.
Oh, and also Pete, did you get my PM about that flight?
Mike! You, Among other things, Have helped convince me to go ahead with it. I am going to buy a Macbook! I've decided to go for the 13 inch one, with the Nvidia 9400, and the 2.0 Ghz Processor. I figure it's the best balance between money and performance. Plus it's Shiny
Anyway Mike, soon I'll probably either be thanking you very much, Or thinking your evil for recommending it to me
Those are some gorgeous images you've got there. Could we perhaps have them a little bigger though? Please
I've just installed it on a Pendrive(Quite literally, It's a USB stick embedded in a Pen ), and It works pretty well, I'm going to download SketchUp now.
EDIT
I've downloaded SketchUp Free, and it seems to work pretty well. I didn't do anything to over the top, but it was able to handle a test model of about 1 MB. I'm going to slowly start moving some of my programs on over to MojoPac now.
I really must say, It's one of the best programs I've ever seen. I travel a lot between 4 computers all over the world, so it's great that I can just bring the programs with me
Final Edit
This is cool, I'm now typing this whilst running Firefox on MojoPac, Running within Firefox is my OnlineOS called g.ho.st. So I have an OS within a browser Within an OS, all on a Pen.
Rob, If you'd be willing to use the Collabaration feature of the 3DWarehouse, Then I could put my model in my archives, and give you a hand with yours.
Oooh! That looks great. For some reason my attention keeps going back to that horse.
Very Nice
