@Einstein: If you mean by nickname your username, it is not possible to change it as it is the unique identifyer of your account. It is possible to register a new account with a new username. It is also possible to erase the account with the current username but it is not possible to change a username.
I'll look into the possibility of increasing image upload size and will inform you about the result.

Thank you for reporting the problem.
Indeed one of our servers had some technical issues during the weekend which caused some failed registration and plugin download attempts. The problem has been fixed and the site is fully operational now.

I could not find any licences purchased by your registered email address or username. Please PM me the email address you used at the purchase. Also the receipt you received from PayPal might help to identify your licence.

As an admin I can erase your bundles. Do I understand well that you want to erase all of your bundles or only some of them. If only some of them, please PM me which ones. If all of them, just confirm and I'll erase them.

Here at SketchUcation.com we try to do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products as soon as possible. However in a small percentage of cases the automatically sent out email with the product is delayed or gets lost. This is why we ask our customers at the end of the checkout process to check their spam folder and if the email does not arrive after 24 hours, contact our support.
In the rare case of a not received email the reasons for the "lost" emails usually is: Typo in the email address: It is important to give the correct email address at the purchase as our system can not figure out the correct email address from a mistyped one. Email lands in the spam folder: We encourage our customers to check their spam folder as well.(In case of gmail also the promotions folder) Email bounces back: In some small percentage of cases the user's email box is not reachable for some reason so the email with the product bounces back. Email lost: In some very rare cases the email gets completely lost maybe because a spam filter erases it or because of some weird unknown reasons. All the above cases are handled by our support at support at sketchucation.com email address.

Rita.There are 2 easy ways to install plugins from the Sketchucation site to SketchUp:
- Download the .rbz from https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore and save it to your hard drive. In SketchUp select the Window / Extension Manager menu point. At the extension manager window click "Install extension" and in the open file window you select the .rbz file of the plugin.
- In case you plan to install more than one plugin it is better to first install SketchUcation Tools plugin from https://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download with the above mentioned method. From this plugin you can easily auto install any plugins from the SketchUcation site.
