Actually, the name part of the email address was registered in full lowercase for JointPushPull (versus first letter capitalized for TopoShaper and Curviloft).
I guess the system should be case insensitive to email adress...

You can manage your licenses at this page, My Licenses at Sketchucation.
Actually, the published version of the Legacy RoundCorner seems to be for prior SU2016, which creates this issue (with LibFredo6 being prior SU2017).
A quick fix is to
if Sketchup.version.to_i < 16
.16
by 17
and save the file.I'll see if I can re-release this legecy version of RoundCorner.
Could you first advise on:
In any case, make sure that you upgraded to the latest version of LibFredo6, especially if you are running SU2024.
Do you see the menu entries for Curviloft?
Also, did you install SketchUp 2023 and 2024 with ‘run as administrator’ ?
Do you mean that the menu entry 'Explode' is grayed out?
@santiagoyagogil
it might also be a problem of Sketchup installation.
Did you install with 'Run as Administrator'?
NEW RELEASE: LibFredo6 v14.3d - 21 Apr 24
LibFredo6 14.3d includes changes related to:
Requirements: SU2017 and above
See plugin home page of LibFredo6 for Download of LibFredo6.
It seems that the problem might be related to the Text Scaling factor in Windows, as per this post on the Sketchup Forum.

Do you need to release the seats?
Do you see the commands if you right-click ON an icon?
Your installation looks correct, withe the latest version.
For whatever reason, there seems to be an issue with the load sequence of dialogs. Some events seem not to be received, hence the partial display of dialogs.
Could you open the Ruby console and copy/paste the following command (and then press Enter).
UI.openURL File.join(LibFredo6.tmpdir, 'Binaries', 'SU24')
.
This will open the folder where the active binary of LibFredo6, with the name: bin_body_Lib6G6.so
. Can you tell me the date of the file.
Then, close Sketchup, and try to delete this file.
Then restart Sketchup (the file will be recreated).
This is normal. If you change your PC, the unique hardware ID changes.
You can release old seats on this page (you'll need to sign-in)
Could you describe more precisely what you see not working.
When you drag a command icon, do you see it moving with the mouse?
Or does it fail to insert?
You seem to have problems with the loading of binaries.
I suggest that you go to the Plugin directory and delete the Fredo6_!LibFredo6 folder. Then, resinstall LibFredo6 v14.3b.
For Sketchucation ExtensionStore, I also suggest that you upgrade to version 4.4.0, even if you run SU2023.

Since Twilight Render is going away it would also be neat if you could add Rayscaper to the list.
I have to investigate if Rayscaper offers an API....
4000x4000 is to high a resolution. There is a limitation in Sketchup.
Would you mind to execute the menu Window > LibFredo6 Settings... > Fredo6 Plugin information for Sketchucation Support.
There seems to be an issue at load of dialogs.
