The issue is that you launch TopoShaper from within the group.

The best is to just select the group from outside and launch TopoShaper.

You can use the 3-seat licence for corporate usage.

Strange. I cannot reproduce it.

If you had LibFredo6 already installed, then it must be an upgrade of Sentinel. Nothing has changed recently in LibFredo6 that could trigger the warning.

LibFredo6 contains a binary file (.so), but as many other plugins and Sketchup itself.

If you have more information from your IT team....

Can you display your environment by using menu Window > LibFredo6 Settings > Fredo6 Plugin Informtion for Sketchucation Support.

This will open the Ruby Conole and display the state of your environment. Just send it to me or post it here.

There seems to be an issue in your setup anyway. I don't think this is related to a particular plugin.

For the error you indicate:

• This concerns FredoTools::SolidVolume, not FredoSpline
• The error message is missing (this is the very first line, before the backtrace), so I don't know what it is about.

This button is not for camera but for layers. Use the Camera button instead.

It is difficult to understand what is your problem without seeing the model.

Also, you are not clear on what is a 'view'. In Animator, there are cameras. Layer Visibility has nothing to do with cameras.

Based on your video, the bugsplat may be due to the model, not to the installation of ThruPaint / LibFredo6. ThruPaint seems to work on some surfaces, and then crashes on one particular.

Maybe, the best would be to send me the model and some instructions to reproduce the problem.

What exactly does NOT work?

Did you do something specific so that these errors occur, like reinstall Sketchup? I mean what you say as 'recently'

All animation data are saved within the model. The .animator file is just a backup of these data.

Does it happen with any model ?

Did you restart Sketchup after installation of Animator?
