I would need to have the model to understand, especially because the video is unclear about what exactly you do to the cube with the rotation.
Also, can you turn on 'Show Hidden geometry', just in case there are hidden elements in the group.
Menu commands are no longer supported on Windows since SU2023 (due to a change in the Sketchup UI framework).

It seems that the FFmpeg program is not launching correctly, probably because of security restrictions that you have to configure (since you downloaded it from Internet).
Can you open the Ruby Console, copy/paste the following command and type Enter.
Kernel.system ""#{Traductor::FFmpeg.instantiate.program_locate}" -h"
This invoke FFmpeg help. The return value should be true.
If you get false, I would have a look at the previous post about giving permissions to FFmpeg.
Can you leave the Ruby Console open when launching ThruPaint. There may be some errors displayed.

You can now interrupt a video generation to finish it later.
Simarly, if the video generation is interrupted by a crash (or freeze) of Sketchup or the rendering software, you can resume the video generation from the last frames processed. No need to generate all frames again.

Do you see the menus in Tools > Fredo6 Collection... > FredoCorner
Yes. It's safer, because the arm and the cube have different path before. Linking them together in one movement make them dependent for all movements
Do not select the arm and the cube together for the rotation (because the arm has other rotations).

Go to the menu Tools > Fredo6 Collection > LordOfTheToolbars.
Can you try Reset the Vignette Stripe Position, after you moved Sketchup to the other monitor.
Note that there is no event received by the API when you move Sketchup between monitors. So, you cannot expect that the dialogs would follow.

Can you try with a NEW palette.
In the video, you already have icons in the palette. How did you insert them ?
For the monitors, do you have the stickiness option activated in the Default Parameters. This forces the vignette stripe to follow the main Sketchup window.
For the issue when moving icons between palettes, I cannot reproduce it on SU2024, and latest versions of LibFredo6 and LOTT.
Are you sure you do not get errors in the Ruby console?
What happens if you move an icon to an empty palette?

Just remove ThruPaint2 from your plugin environment. Then, if you have FredoTools installed, the old version ThruPaint v1 will be available.
If you have FredoTools installed, the SUCLock icon is at the end of the FredoTools toolbar.
