Sometimes it is good to position the material on that flat face just a little bit bigger so that you do not have issues around the edges.

Can you post a picture of the light fitting showing: 1.What type of light (Rectangle, Omni, IES) 2.Where the light source is positioned in relation to the fitting. Then I might be able to help ya.

I have not tried to uncheck the tile option. You probably want to check with ASGVis if this options works in VfSU.
