Well that is a little more comlex than I thought. I was jsut thinking straig jpg export from rotatig camera. I had seen the information from the other post. Very cool technology. I used to work in interactive panoramic photogarphy and saw this demooned two years ago. Its going to be some pretty amazing stuff, on the fly 3d modeling as you capture video. I'm sure Google is cooking up something as well, ieally using Google Earth as an interface for all of this content. Here are some old panos I did linked to Google Earth. Of course now you can do panoramics directly in Google Earth. http://www.fullscreenpanos.com/sphpblog/index.php?d=24&m=07&y=15&category=18 So things brings up another "protected" option for interior spaces. QTVR Pano (vs. object) export. In this you can spin and zoom but can't move camera position With the Ojbect it is just the opposite. Camera can move but target is stationary. I've already menteiond soemwere that this would be nice feature to add on to GE export in SketchUp. Low poly exterior model, but within that are links to panos from inside the building.

@dave r said: Daniel, this is very nice. Thank you. @basic.woodworks said: hey Dan Very cool. Though overboard might be a slight understatement. Have you got it posted on the 3D warehouse?? basic.woodworks, why are you so hot to get people to post on the 3DW? Why not share it on 3DW?? Also, we have 7945 member, to date. All unanswered posts go into a list that can fill up fast. If everyone shared one creation in this fashion, would it not be hard for people who have legitimate questions to get an answer if we have to sift through potentially dozens of exhibition posts before hand?? Maybe if a topic could be created without the connection to "unanswered posts" or perhaps with a counter for the amount of new and previously view .skp's rather the an actual unanswered post thread?!?! Just a thought. As I am at home most of the time, I like answering posts and helping others, if I can. I may not know much but I can share what little kowledge I do possess and also by getting involved in some topic I'm not too familiar with , if at all, I learn a few things for myself. I don't mean to offend anyone. I do think that Dan did do a great job on that wardrobe. I even downloaded it myself to check it out ...no jerseys though:( I also think that he should share it on the 3DW. It is a great piece and if he willing to share it here, why not there. Regards Mike RL

We used a rain chain on a building close to the harbour (in East Scotland), the wind blew the rain everywhere off the chains! It looks good though (especially when you're up-wind from the chains...)

I have a couple of friends in town who lurk on a very, very lax basis but that is it. They were friends before the site came to be. As far as anybody else in the Huntsville/Madison area, I have not met anyone new yet.

Daniel, You alwayshave a profit margin (my business teacher is smiling), it is anything over your minimum hourly rate you would accept (maybe not tell people but you would accept it). That in turn is your "profit margin". When I do work for a new client I get a percentage up front (one time only) to cover my "costs", that way if he walks on me all he took was the "profit margin". Hopefully you understand this. Scott
