I'm very very mad on google. They did nothing to improve SketchUp ir version 7. Useless dynamic components and nothing for well knovn bugs!

Actually it's not because of Vista. Antivirus is taking lot of system resources and if You are careful in internet then I think there is no need for such thing as antivirus. I never had problems with viruses

Well I don't use antivirus. Just periodicaly format all my pc This process does not use lot of ram and is very fast with help of symantec's ghost

I'm really confused with maxwell bump settings. Manuals in one example say's that bump settings set to 3 is really enough but that setting can be from 0 to 200. After some experiments with differenet numbers I have not see any big changes. If they say 3 is ok then 200 must be a real mountain on my model but it isn't.

So can anybody explain me something about that weird bump stuff?

I have group wich contains 3 types of components. When i hide one type of component in Outliner window then that component is showing up like in Your screenshot.

Open Window -> Outliner and there unhide everything.

This is when object is hidden but layer is not.

Huh. My only advice is to open drawing in some cad program (I use Autocad) and manualy draw lines. But first You need to correct view from perspective to front view.

I think there is no such tool as photo to cad. But if there is then it can save the day or more

Well. Something wrong with view it looks like left side is falling down somewhere and road needs some texture.

Actually gras is ok but you need add some texture to roads.

And finally about lights. Maybe I'm wrong but I think a little more contrast is needed not for building but everything else.

No problems with Vista. Both SU6 and SU7 working fine.
