@abdsinc said: Is there a way to "end" the command? you can switch tools.. (spacebar for select.. E gives the eraser. etc.) but i think you're better off, at least in the exact scenario you posted, if you: draw the shapes with no fill.. split everything join everything style to fill the shape with color (which is weird at first because you're so used to sketchup and it's faces.. you have to click an edge to fill it..)

@abdsinc said: ...wow I feel kinda embarrassed. Thank you Dave, I kept hitting enter or tab to set the shortcut like you said. It's funny how something so obvious was completely unclear at the time. Thanks, You're welcome. I did it a couple of times while setting shortcuts early on with my Mac so I have first hand knowledge of the issue. It's not as intuitive as on the PC.

It's impossible to tell from your image of the folder structure if it's a User path or a HD one. The correct path to install MAC plugins is something like this - called the 'Root' Plugins folder: **Macintosh HD**/Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp 8/SketchUp/Plugins and NEVER this one.... *Users/A_User*/Library/Application Support/Google Sketchup 8/SketchUp/Plugins even if that User is the 'Admin' - because then other Users - like you - can't see that folder ! I suspect you've put the stuff into the Admin Users path folder... and not the 'Root' one !
