I have purchased the license for fredo round corner however it just doesnt allow me to activate it. any help????????????

Why do you have such poor error messages? Write better code that explains what is wrong!

I hate your DRM. I want to use what I paid for! This isn't the first time I have problems. It needs to work smoothly or I won't want to use it again.

Deleting this file made it work:
SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt

How counterintuitive is that? Please, please make the DRM more bulletproof, so I don't need to delete some file I don't understand, and have it give error messages that are meaningful.

Hello Fredo. I want to buy your plugins today but I can't. I am from Turkey, we can't use PayPal here. I try to buy licence with credit card but it doesnt work either. Can I buy your plugins with credit card? Thank you a lot.

The pay by PayPal and pay by card are powered by PayPal. If your country forbids PayPal then there's no other option at present.

We are looking at Stripe but if you have friends outside of Turkey I would get them to purchase on your behalf.

I want to use the plugin I paid for. I activate it. Activation is successful. I try to use the plugin (round corners), it says not activated. This is a loop, no matter how many times I do it.

I just want to round some corners. I hate all of this. I'll never buy a SketchUp plugin again.

Do what Rich advises...
However, your issue might relate to a mismatch between the Extension and License.
Fredo has two extensions - RoundCorner and FredoCorner.
They are different and need the matching license to work...
Please check your downloaded license's name and your installed extension's name - unless they match you can't validate...

I purchased the license for fredo plugings i used the for a bit in one of my laptops now its not leting me use the plugings and i try to put in the license but it says there is an error in the communication i have the latest version of sketchucation plugin i have a good wifi conection i think everything is right Help!

What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says 2022 Free/Make which does not exist.

Do you have the latest version of the Sketchucation ExtensionStore tool installed? Latest version of LibFredo6?

Replying to both above...

That error occurs when either software or hardware is stopping your device making a connection.

Something like an antivirus app or similar related to your network security.

If you can identify what is blocking you can whitelist *.sketchucation.com and it will not occur.

Or disable the app and run the activation and then re-enable the app.

On rare occasion it could be the permissions that SketchUp has from install. If you have the installer you can right click and choose Run as Admin and then Repair to give SketchUp the permisssions it needs.

Also make sure your devices are running Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1
