The messageboxname argument works with MB_MULTILINE messagebox type, but not with the presumably more frequent MB_OK type, which is the default. Bug. Annoying.

Dear all, you for sure would not believe, what I tried in the meantime, to get clean SVG out of SU7 FREE. Call me beeing stupid. All attempts, getting clean SVG out of FREE, including using an EMF (Enhanced Meta File) printer drivers, failed in some or the other way. My last resort was to ask Google for a PDF export even in the FREE version. Just sent, if they answer, I'll report. Best regards, deerwood

Hi John, That seems reasonable to me. It does look like the Lat/Lon are taken from the Shadow_Info, but I have no idea what the other attributes in GeoReference mean. I think you'll just have to experiment until you figure it out.

Great. In parallel, for precise usage (that was my original intention), I think it is better to orbit around a selected point then the center of the bounding box (of a component), but it is not difficult to add. Regards Marcio

It makes sense if your Tool works like the PushPull Tool and it automatically selects faces when the mouse is moved over the face. validation procs work on Toolbar buttons also. Well, technically they work on Commands, which can be used in both menus and toolbars.

It sounds like Gypsy wants a purge script that removes the used materials as well as the unsued. This is no longer a purge really. Purgeing generally refers to removing UNUSED materials. So if you are running TIG's purge_all script wanting it to remove materials that are being used by the model, it won't do that. Thats just not what its supposed to do. Instead, keep following the thread posted in that second post above and there is a link to smustard's remove materials plugin. That will go through and remove all materials from your model and then purge them from the materials list. Chris EDIT: actually it looks like that script just removes them from the model. You will then need to purge them yourself.

@bahjon12 said: hi thomthom, this is what the error says "Error Loading File vray_toys.rb No such file to load -- VRayToys/vr_camera.rb" and i use vray 1.0 You get that error because you haven't got the whole plugin, just the vray_toys.rb file. If you go to the thread I linked to in my previous post you can download the whole plugin. However, it won't do you much good I'm afraid for your intention of matching the render with the SU export. The original VfSU, which you have, does not line up at all. The closest you get is setting the V-Ray camera zoom to around 0.7-0.8, then you will have to tweak it manually in post. It's only after Service Pack 1 that the camera will be able to sync up. The latest VfSU version is SR1.5 (1.05.30). Download links: http://asgvis.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=90&topic=5531.msg30095 Note that there are some significant differences between the versions, and upgrading old models might need some work.

You're right, now it works. But I have to delete Sanchi (?) as well. With him it doesn't work.

Thanks Jim! I'll check it out. I found I needed to monitor stuff, but suddenly found myself a bit lost.
