reminds me of a funny story...Way back when I was an intern for a firm in New York. I worked for a small firm with all guys on staff. all of them were close friends and played a lot of jokes on each other. one of the guys was dating and must have told the other guys that his girlfriend was having a pregnancy test done. so while he was out at lunch they had a girl call and pretend to be his girlfriend and leave a message with the receptionist... so when this guy returned from lunch there was a phone message in the receptionist hand writing with his girlfriend name and the simple message "the rabbit died"....a reference to being pregnant....so now this guy thinks he's a father and all the stuff that goes along with it...of course his buddies want to know what's bothering him and start to console him and talk about the good old times he's going to miss out on now that he'll need to get married and have a family....they are laying it on pretty thick...of course they cant hold back the laughter for long and he realizes that he's just been punked....but then he realizes that he may not be a father and it's like the weight of the world has just been lifted from his shoulders... well office pranks can be fun if you are just a bystander. thanks for stirring up that happy memory in my mind.

Hi Ross... yes, it was clear skies today, actually quite beautiful! We did get hit with storms just a couple of days from each other. I think we've had over 100" of snow this year so far. That's probably spring for Ross!

Funnily enough Ross, it was concept coverings that I found too. Good point about the fire rating, if the client wants this wallpaper it will have to meet regulations.

Wow. I saw that movie when it came out. A not so subtle jab at society in those times. That really brings back some memories.

Good point Joe, I really didn't take as close a look at the model as you did. Compound curves would be a nightmare. It is something to address for sure. It would be worth it to look at the plate line and mellow out the curves to make it more reasonable to build. Perhaps reighn it in to undulating curves instead of wild curves. Anything is possible with unlimited time and money but who has that?

Born and raised So. Cal girl... I have lived through some whoppers! It is funny how you get used to them. I would wake up and look over at the rod that opened my blinds and depending on how bad it was swinging would determine if I would get up or not! C-R-A-Z-Y

Well, there's FormFonts, of course. That all started out with me seeing an opportunity and a demand for 3D low-poly figures; and Fred Abler starting a site called Objective Networks, which later "inspired" the 3D Warehouse. To this day, the Warehouse bears more than a passing resemblance to Objective Networks (This is a very slow-loading archive version, not the actual site...and yes, Martina is right there near the top) Heck, you can even still download her.

I wouldn't buy anything from Starbucks- they've virtually monopolised the entire centre of Edinburgh, driving all the independant cafes out of business and then quickly snapping up the empty premises. Shame on them.

Probably! Mark Twain put it perfectly, "When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years.”

We are moving ///This is why I ask this question – what kind of people are we really? and where is this world going to? \\ Indeed life is not only working. It is not enough. It is good what you teach your children, but it is not enough. Have you read the Bible Mateo ? I am now reading the Corán. We can be learners.

Not photography but related to the idea of gathering a 3d point cloud. http://www.faro.com/content.aspx?ct=kr&content=news&item=229&tab=3 I saw a competing product on a recent episode of This Old House and it looked to me like it will be a tool for most kitchen cabinet designers/installers within a few years.
