    Hi folks.

This is probably very basic but, when I click submit, in my personnal message box, the messages are put in the outbox and remain there. Nothing is sent. What button shall I press to actually send the messages ?

    Best regards.

Jean (Johnny) Lemire from Repentigny, Quebec, Canada.

Jean, I believe they sit there until the addressee picks them up...you can even edit them until they do (in case you wake up in the middle of the night with a sharper retort :`)

Yes, this is the case. Once a PM is read, it's moved into the sent messages folder.

Gai, is there a way to change this? It is acting like a "Read Receipt" in that the sender knows when the recipient has read the message. A bit of a privacy breach in my opinion.

Personally, I like this as-is...a way to know someone isn't ignoring you, but rather, just hasn't seen your mail yet.

And also I cannot change this, sorry. Though probably wouldn't even like to - PMs are private anyway so I don't think there's a problem with a sort of read receipt.
