So the conclusion here is; do not share anything with others unless you do not mind them using it without credits given. What is the "border" between derivative work and just repainting a couple of faces? As we cannot tell, we cannot get the Google Folks to go into action either.
A long time ago, I was told not to put ANYTHING anywhere on the web that I did not mind people ripping-off. There is no security that will prevent determined content thieves from taking whatever they want.
That library and plaza setup in Sonoma is just beautiful. I've spent a few good evenings there hanging out or eating at a restaurant. It sure is an enjoyable space. You're lucky to be so close to it Peter, I never realized you were in Sonoma.
Chris
Chris, Next time you're coming up, we can pop into Murphy's Irish Pub. My shout... or whatever you're into. (Free jazz once a month in the summer.) Yes, town squares really work. Other nice ones are Healdsburg, Oaxaca, San Cristobal...
Yeah Rich, its truly amazing how intelligent dogs are as we learn more about the ways they have come to communicate with us rather than we with them. Thanks for the heads up on the food documentaries. I will definitely watch them instead of the rubbish that is on TV.
Started playing in my early 20's on acoustic. No formal training in rendering - the guys here on this (and the rendering engine) forums will do all they can to help you (if you want help). There is an answer to be found as everyone goes through the learning curves and they all know that they had to start somewhere and are brilliant at giving advice to anyone who asks. So my advice is - ASK PLENTY OF QUESTIONS!!
Kapoor can waffle all he likes about how the tower demonstrates his and Balmond’s interest in ‘the way that form and geometry give rise to structure’, but the bottom line is that the ArcelorMittal Orbit is a monument to politics and big business, and as critic Owen Hatherley observes, this kind of “‘aspirational’, ‘iconic’ but deliberately meaningless, non-figurative edifice” fits their purposes perfectly. File under ‘art and power’.
Father and Son watching Fr Ted one evening when the son asks his dad,
"Dad is it true that Fr Ted is really dead?"
His father replies, "It is son"
"Is he in heaven daddy?"
"Of course he is son, he wasn't a real priest"!!!!!! 🤣
Yes, you can. Download the sound editor, Audacity. Then just use the record button. there are several ways to record off your computer. The way I used to do it waas to plug one end of an audio cable into the the speaker output and one end into the mic. input. Another way is to set the recording settings to Line In.
