Thanks Pilou - yes, in my search for the "Type 8" solution, I found this application also which is great! And right now, a mathematician friend of mine sent me the graphic solution which I show below. (fortunately my circle of friends is working much better than my mind here ) Thanks Pilou for your perpetual patience and help! [image: 4Jau_Type8.jpg]

Thanks for your feedback tuna, I was a bit worried that I had offended you somehow. It was a critic wich sole intention was for you to be able to get an even better model. I've struggled against such things recently and was only able to do it with the help of blender, substance designer and a lot of trial and error as I have never used subd or artisan plugins.

inabzeous : Nice. I especially like those "coverings" (for lack of a better word ) on the top. They provide shade and protect from most of the rain. garystan

@mike amos said: I have attempted to ask how to make my own lights that will work with twilight render v2 only to be told that they are disinterested in telling me how to do so. I have never experienced this sort of problem before and would like to know if it is unreasonable of me to want to make my own lights. I can make the units fine but when it comes to making them suitable for renders with twilight render v2 I hit a brick wall and the thread is closed. Is this some kind of secrecy issue where they think I am out to steal copywrite or something of is this just another case of them not understanding a simple request and we are all just getting to the point where communication is impossible due to an irrational fear that I will lose them money somehow? All I want to do is make lights that work in twilight render v2 fcs. Mike Amos : If you go to the Twilight Render website, there are tutorials (and guidelines) for lighting. I usually create my own lamps/ lights, then adjust the lighting they produce. I'll try to help you as much as possible. But, I'm not a Pro at this. garystan

Nice renders. I agree with Richard about the fish tank ( not sure that's what it is ? ) .If it had some transparency it would look a lot better. One other thing, I find the people that have some "blur" to them a little distracting to the images. I won't knock the general design other than it's not really my style, but your renders show the place very well.

Hey Thanks man!!! Interesting that it got on to tumblr or twitter somehow! I'm myself pretty chuffed with how it came out!

Too bad they do not build them like that anymore, here in Texas there was a builder called Fox and Jacobs that had a few models just like that late 60's -70's. [image: QTSi_le3503e45-m0xd-w640_h480_q80.jpg]

@mike amos said: The furniture is better but you appear to have pictures above the windows, what is that all about? Mike Amos : I just wanted to have some pictures on the wall for decoration. The other wall has the clock decoration. Just to let you know, I take no offense at your misunderstanding. garystan

@unknownuser said: @richard said: @unknownuser said: Richard, I am curious......do you mean use 2 point perspective(s)? Thanks, Charlie Well yes but not by forcing them with SU's camera. Just set it up that way. Can you explain what you mean by "just set it up that way". I often fuss with SU camera FOV and save my scenes. (getting things as vertical as I can) Is this what you mean by forcing SU's camera? Thanks, Charlie Ok I should probably explain better. If just for NPR then I'd suggest the two point perspective camera can work fine. If rendering - any heavy forcing can make things look a bit weird, like an excessive crop.
