Thanks ntxdave. I'm trying to get out of the habit of under-lighting my scenes.

Here is another option for seeing the house in multiple perspectives. Check how your pet sees the environment you are creating for it. https://youtu.be/i2LOhQmr6I4

@tuna1957 said: Interesting progression of the different renders. Looks like your starting to figure out the new equipment and render engine. Thanks! Yes. Better tools and practice with them makes all the difference. I'm loving it!

@l i am said: Hey Bryan, you have taken a few leaps in this image. firstly you made landscape topography and mare importantly you used a reference image as inspiration. Learning by trying to reference another image is absolute key to learning and improving skills. If anybody asked me the key learning modelling and rendering that would be my advice do that until you do not have to do it anymore I am in total agreement with you. BTW, Nice render Bryan!

You can scale it and position as you want on each face separately if need be. So you can fine tune it.

It looks like this post doesn't show in the Gallery of the old forum or at least I'm not seeing it. I guess it could be deleted now.

This might be a little overkill for a steam powered woodworking shop but... [image: 1667252227545-muncaster-7_1-steam-engine-with-stairs-smaller.png] Still some work to do on it. Larger version here: https://flic.kr/p/2nWvdDm

Cheers Bryan and Hornoxx Here is the image I took from the road, never knem I took such a wonky image I imported the image into SU and rotated it straight, I then used the door height as a scaling reference. [image: C1HY_Applecross.jpg]
