There is now a tutorial showing the modelling process. www.ronenbekerman.com/3d-modeling-howto-the-mills-chair/#utm_source=buffer&utm_campaign=Buffer&utm_content=bufferea660&utm_medium=facebook For the most part it looks like it can be translated to a SU workflow.

On your last picture, the tree is in the center, with all attention on it. I would change the angle to make the tree less important than architecture.

Very nice, pleasing proportions and mindful of minimizing footprint. But looks lonely out there on the prairie

Very cool concept and design! But, to maximize shade and solar gathering, you might want to change orientation to directly east/west.

What took you probably 20 minutes would have taken me about six months (and it still wouldn't come close to yours)

Yes Simon it is comfy, and damn big, but when you are on unlimited speed autobahns it is rather handy to be sitting astride a freight train. I'm considering shipping it back to Australia when I move, but being comfortable traveling at speeds in excess of 220kph suggests I might not hold onto my Drivers license long in a country whose top speed is 110kph unless out in the back of beyond where it jumps to a blistering 130kph. Steve, it's a wonder we didn't bump into each other, I spent 88/89 traveling overland to Europe from Australia and then back, so I was in the states for several months in 89. Great trip on one of my favourite bikes. Yamaha XV1000 Midnight Special. I don't have any digital photos of that bike but add some saddlebags and assorted other rough and ready travels bits and pieces to this and you'll get the picture. [image: Ncqk_Special.JPG]

Lz: Thanks for the link Pherim: Thanks for kind words Hi. I have decided to show rendered images of my latest spaceship model. As always I used Kerkythea to render it. I hope you like it [image: spac116FN.jpg] [image: spac115EN.jpg] [image: spac113FN.jpg] [image: spac114FN.jpg] I have also made an animation: http://youtu.be/oMAEyfQ4l9g

Thank you again guys, @ Tadema: Thank you! Yes, thea gives a lot of satisfaction, in my opinion has enormous potential, and it seems that the latest release can do remarkable things. The materials laboratory is a little complex, but when you start to pick up confidence you can get impressive results. @ Milo: Thank you man, image composition and integration of the bridge with the surrounding environment was the hardest of the work, I'm glad that the result is credible. I did not understand what you mean with "link between cort-en and white masts." Here a wireframe, just to take a look of the structure behind. Ciao [image: PQHH_wireframe.png]

One thing I'm noticing with the SCF store and hope it doesn't go the same way as the warehouse. There needs to be more information on the posted models. There are lots of Sofas in the last weeks posted into the store yet the quality could be questionable. Trust me I'm not saying they are AT ALL. But who knows??? There needs to be some notes or close up renders so one can know or see if the models are correctly mapped, for sofas this has to be a deal breaker! I understand there is a user rating in the store but that pretty much means nothing! Maybe reviews?

Nice, interesting design. I, too, thought of a sports arena. It would be interesting to see ou develop it further, as either.
