Dear Majid,
Remember, the input is in inches. Try using a fraction like 0.01 inches.
Regards,
BobHave been following this thread for a while, great ruby!!
Is there a chance of the plug-in being converted to metric for those of us on the other side?
cheers,

RE: Cool software!!!
thanks Guys all seems to be going OK with it. I worked on SU and Layout last night on my notebook then sync'd it to the PC this morning and all is OK.
If things do start to play up I will have a look at Sync Toy Jim mentioned......
Cheers again. -

better FX instead of NVS... or a fast GeForce which regularly does work fine to.
OS: currently Windoze XP Pro SP2 (32-Bit) only...
...b'cause the OGL support of video drivers ist most mature.
Norbert
So I'm looking at the Quadro FX 570. What do you all think?
thanks, -

Cool software!!!
Hey all, not sure if you are aware of this little ripper.... my IT guy told me about it when i wanted a solution to synchronising my PC and notebook.
it's call "Allway Sync" http://allwaysync.com/ ...and it's free!!!!
just download it and set up a job to sync one computer to another. Easy as that.I have set up a 'sync' for my SU templates, styles, material, components, ruby folders, layout, scrapbook, etc so at the end of the day it takes me all of 1 minute to ensure that everything about the interface on my notebook is as per my my PC.
Way cool.

Some symbols don't export when creating a PDF
Hi all, it seems that wneh you change a symbol from scrapbook [arrows] and flip it, the amended symbol does not export with the file content when exporting to PDF.
I have attached the .layout file for anyone to see what i mean....
Any comments?Thanks in advance.

RE: Ultimate SketchUp 6 system specs....
Thanks all, great comments...
Juju / remus: SMP, pardon my ignorance, what is it!! So a really fast Core 2 Duo would be better than a Core 2 Quad Q6600 [2.4GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 8MB]
sketch3d.de: why FX rather than NVS?
thanks in advance...

RE: Base Camp 2008 !!!!!
I remember during the last Base Camp hiding myself in a cupboard and sobbed for days because i was on the other side of the world and didn't have enough Frequent Flyer point to go..... If only ducati monster could float, Craig, I would fill the tank and start sailing!!!!
Hope those fortunate few report back as Ross M [i think] and others did following the last one....Cheers

Ultimate SketchUp 6 system specs....
OK,
So i bought my new system and after reading a few of the posts in here regarding RAM, 32 or 64bit, Graphics cards..... what do you think would be the best solution for SU? [and keep in the back of your mind you are paying for it!!!]My new system is:
Core 2 Quad
4GM RAM
NVIDIA NVS290 graphics cardI seems to be having a few issues with the Card I think; nowhere near as sharp and responsive as the NVS110 in my notebook.
I'm ready to sharpen my HB and go back to the board....
thanks in advance,
