      Hi,
      I can't get version 1.3j to work at all, even with units set to inches, feet, or whatever. 😲
      Nothing starts, no console error message, no component created, no nothing...

      @tak2hata: it would be nice if you gather the various translation files and deliver the plugin as a Zip, but most of all, is it possible that you handle the translation of the dialog boxes labels, lists, options, buttons, etc within the code ?

      About UTF-8: Web dialogs and input boxes work well with special letters, just use a UTF-8 text editor (like Notepad++ for instance).

      Hi,Didier.
      Parameter value in dialog box,
      if "Legnth" and "Rootwidth" are 0, then this plugin not work.
      But there is an unsolved another problem in this state, too.

      I tried saving file to UTF-8(without BOM) by using Notepad++.
      Reopen the saved file,that format is displayed ANSI.
      Using other editor makes same result.
      I added letters with Japanese character ,and save UTF-8(without BOM).
      That file format displayed ANSI as UTF-8.
      fur_en v1.3j with UTF8(zipped)
      Thanks.

      Is there a way the dialog can remember it's position on the screen?
      I always expect it to reopen where I put it the previous time. πŸ˜„

      I want it ,too.
      I will probe to record the temporary position of dialog.

      Hi!

      The first, incredible plugin!
      I had downloaded the plugin version 1.3a and it works fine, i download the last version 1.3h and it don't works, the plugin appears in the Menu Plugins and the InputBox appears too but when I push OK nothing happens. I use Mac with SU 7.1. I have probed the plugin version 1.3h in SU (Windows) too and don't works. What's the problem?

      Certainly, i have done the plugin's translation to spanish language of the two versions, 1.3a (works) and 1.3h (don't works), if you want i send you them.

      Bye!

      Hi,Oxer.
      see "Sketchup--menu--window--model info--Units info".
      if you using units like "feet" or "m", and unit precision is too small(like 0).
      The parameters in dialog are displayed "0".
      It don't work when Length or Rootwidth are 0.
      This is auto convert for sketchup settings.
      so you should change the settings and should change it to the numerical value excluding 0.
      If thisi not solution, please reply.

      Hi, tallbridgguy.
      I do not understand this cause.
      I certainly uploaded on this forum.
      I think you should clear older ruby files of fur_en from plugins directory.
      If thisi not solution, please reply.

      Hmmm,
      When LengthFormat is Architectural or LengthPrecision = 0,
      "1.2.to_l.to_s.match(/\d(\D)\d/)[1]" return error.

      Is that problem excluding this?

      	Sketchup.active_model.options["UnitsOptions"]["LengthPrecision"] = 1 if unitoptions["LengthPrecision"] == 0
      	@fur_units_metric = false
      	lunit = unitoptions["LengthUnit"]
      	@fur_units_metric = true if lunit >= 2
      	lprec = Sketchup.active_model.options["UnitsOptions"]["LengthPrecision"]
      	@decimal_sep = 1.2.to_l.to_s.match(/\d(\D)\d/)[1]
      	@delim = ","
      	@delim = ";" if @decimal_sep == ','
      	unitoptions.each{|key ,val| Sketchup.active_model.options["UnitsOptions"][key] = val }

      You must be passing an empty argument to a defn ?

      Hi, All.
      I update this to v1.3e.
      Thomas,Thank you very very much!
      At last, I also understood.
      I use your code "decimal_sep = 1.2.to_l.to_s.match(/\d(\D)\d/)[1]".
      and model.options["UnitsOptions"]["LengthUnit"] >= 2 then unit is metric.
      It not depend to Sketchup locale.

      I think that this is perhaps no problem.
      please reply when there is a problem.

      I'm french and use SU on a french vista system. In french we use the comma (,) for decimal separation
      If it's 0cm it's ok, but if it's 0 cm (with space) it dont work.

      Indeed,I learnt it for the first time. I will think about some measures for that problem.

      @thomas said:

      could you keep the filename free from the version number? That way it's easier to update by just dragging the file into the plugins folder overriding the old.

      Thanks.That's right! I will keep the filename. πŸ˜‰

      The Numeric, Float and String class has some nice methods that let you deal with units in the user's locale and in the current model's units.

      I will corrects it in future version.
