What type of renders are we talking about?
What level of detail does the client require?
Interior or exterior?
Will they require a walkthrough animation? (this is always an upsell so choose your software wisely)
What is the scope of work? ( are you modeling the entire project, working with a team of modelers, were you given the model, etc?

What I like about LM studio is the ability to run it locally, I have dual RTX 4090's and 126GB system ram so the large language models run smooth, I also want less restrictive models.

What models are you using for images, which do you find is best?

There is never a reason to add cars to homes, we know they are in the garage, but they do not work for scale as we know the size of doors so we can gauge scale easily, and as Rich said, it looks like you are hiding geometry, and is that to scale? seems pretty large.
The reflection on the window next to the garage is a giveaway.

Another rookie indicator is the autumn leaves on the grass with tropical trees around, just because you can add leaves or road puddles does not mean you should. I like your zero-scape based on your climatic location.

Regarding emissive materials, I choose diffuse emission but there is no way to link my material/image to the emission, is this a feature still in the works?

An example is a TV screen.
