I can't figure out how to have two diffuse layers with images as texture and let them show using black and white alpha.

if i have two diffuse layers, where can i set them to show both of them at the same time?!

also, when i tried to copy to the second model, NOT copy in place, the arrow icon turn to paint bucket icon. I DIDn't select paint bucket icon, and why the paint bucket icon show up??!! did anyone encounter this problem?

Hi you all, I sometimes have this problem:
when I copy something from a sketchup file to another sketchup file, sketchup crashes. I somehow would be able to fix the problem by deleting something, or copy a new copy...but not sure what exactly I did that I was able to fix the crash.

does anyone know what really causes this kind of crashes?

just want to confirm do i have to resize the window to square in order to have the thumb nail square?

actually, when chose the batch mode, almost all other sktechup files would have square thumb nails, only one that is opened has red bands if the viewport is not square.

I am using sketchup 2015 on macbook pro retina 2013. and using the latest os system.

i have to resize the sketchup window size to a square , if i want the thumb nail to be square. otherwise, my thumnails are always with red bands. the square button doesn't work.

also, can you change the red color to white or grey? thanks
