I played with onyxtree a bit.It doesn't allow adding textures in studio itself only in 3D packages. Am I wrong?

Mate I've had no issues mapping the leaves from Onyx in maxwell studio - I exported as OBJ (this could make a difference!)!

I don't have problems neither. I just tried to ask may be I missed some texturizing tool IN onyxtree itself.

      1. Is there a way to set up number of segments in your curvy tools?

Just like with the regular tools: after drawing the circle/polygon, type a number followed by a letter s and hit enter.

Actually I meant afterwards, in entity info window

I just wonder (for general education): Is any 3d modeller uses multicore architecture now?

      ❗ Perfect solution: export-import 2D hidd.line mode dwg.
Not sure it canbe implemented in .rb though

So concerning item#1 (most important) the answer is positive? Would you be so kind to put it into agenda?

Dear Watkins! Virtually everything with 2 ingridients: rect. section+path. For instance handrails, walls, curtain glazing etc.

      @Rayochoa:
This is a PLUG-IN. If you don't need it simply don't plug it.
IMHO it has a good potential. And if this tool will help me to save a couple of hours per year so why not?

Hi TIG and thanks for "Extrude Along Path"-
I've been using for years. It's one of the greatest
      time savers EVER ❗
I just thought you could turn it to real bomb with some MUST HAVE improvements:

      1. Batch processing for multiple NOT connected paths
      2. Intersection sensitive.
      3. Please delete this useless construction line creation.
      4. May be it's too much a little...- Option for circle or\and OMG... ❗ custom profile?
Please please do it! This one little tool would be literally worth a half of ruby depot. I mean it.
        Thanks in advance!

    • RE: Tubealongpath.rb

      Hi TIG!
Is it possible to extend the existing .rb by adding 3d\cross etc. line conjunctions handling?
      It'd be a real killer!

The Day There Was No News

Today there was no news. And here is the proof. Music: Ben Frost - Theory of Machines For more videos, see my company Wyld Stallyons (I'm also well aware that Time Trumpet did a very similar concept, but I had never seen it or knew of its existence until you wonderful folks drew my attention to it. A tip of the hat to Adam Buxton and Armando Ianucci for being first!)

      the most elegant way is
to save as (export to ext. file)those blocks, simultaneosly edit them in separated files
and finally re-assemle (paste in place) back new definition in addition with edited one.
it's harder to explain than to proceed πŸ˜„

Yes definitely. Randomly positioned elements in elevations, light sourses,
trees to be scaled- there is a wide field for implementation.
      Thanks once again!
