The run of 3 was then rotated and moved into place. The elliptical stairs required nothing additional to be done. well actually that is a good option but i need to have full control over the snaps, i.e. the base point, i don't want it to remain on plane. In this method that you're telling, my base point will remain on the purple face

on dividing a face with lines is there a way that the divisions go at a fixed distance. for. e.g. we copy one line at 1m and repeat copy it, we press 6x to make 6 copies for it. the same thing i want to do with this plugin, hw is this possible

eh, actually i need a plugin that makes 3 flight staircase. in one flight there are 12 steps, in another 3 steps, in the next one 12 steps again. I also need a plugin that creates elliptical staircases.
is there a good free plugin that can make open well staircases, u shaped staircases?

I'm working on a big model. Often while moving objects on the xy plane, i accidentally move them downwards. Is there a plugin that restricts blue axis motion?
Suppose a PC has 12 GB RAM, running windows 7 - 64 bit. SU being a 32 bit app can't consume beyond 4 GB of RAM. This applies to its renderers too. If I open 2 windows of SU, put a scene for rendering in each of them, can the total consumption of RAM reach : 4 GB + 4 GB = 8 GB ?. i.e. 4 GB for each render?
although version 8 has the restore toolbar position, why does sketchup toolbar thing crashes? I mean its version 8 man, still the toolbar crash thingy hasn't been worked in a foolproof manner
