got an answer from the team : We are working on the plugin compatibility with SketchUp 2013 right now and hope to be releasing very soon- but as we are not yet in testing phase I'm afraid I can't be specific about a date. (help) The Maxwell plugin gives you access to thousands of super textures but they only can be used a provided.(for the moment?) You need the full Maxwell to edit them (bump etc..) Edit the group. Select the surface with the texture. Right click and in the pop up menu, select Textures, then Position. Odd looking XYZ handles will pop up and you can then rotate the texture.
