Maybe the faces are all grouped? If so double click on the group or the component and then you can paint a single face.

RE: Scanning Many Photos
Jim, i have quite a cheap scanner "Canoscan LIDE 600F" that works with a ScanGear that can make what you described directly in the preview before the scanning. But it comes with a program called "Arcsoft Photostudio" that (not in all versions i believe) can make that after the scanning.

RE: [Plugin] SectionCutFace
Now it works fine!
Only a little thing: the edges are not included in the section cut group. Is that normal?
Thank you.

Unknown error - unlikely clash...
Try again with a very simple box or two and see if it works...
If so, please publish what it actually fails on, so I can see what might be the problem...My try was made with a very simple box...

RE: Updated version of Draw Metal plugins
Hi Terry, your plugin is really good thanks. It works well, but i've noticed a strange thing. In SU6 free when i do right click on a face i had this:
Error: #<NoMethodError: undefined method
active_path' for #<Sketchup::Model:0x879db90>> (eval):3406:invalid_group?'
(eval):3458:inselected_stuff' C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/ctsMaker/curve_menu.rb:46 C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/ctsMaker/curve_menu.rb:45:incall'I've tried it on SU7 pro (with no other plugin installed) and no error message.
Maybe a plugin conflict?

RE: [Plugin] SectionCutFace v2.0
Hi TIG, i've tried this plugin on SU6 free and didn't work for me. I had this error on ruby console:
Error: #<ArgumentError: wrong number of arguments(2 for 1)>
C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/SectionCutFace.rb:361:inoffset' C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/SectionCutFace.rb:361:inface'
C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/SectionCutFace.rb:458
C:/Programmi/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/SectionCutFace.rb:458:in `call'Then i've installed it on SU7 pro (with no other plugin installed) and it worked fine.
A plugin conflict?
Thanks.

RE: Pet Clinic
Very nice work. But sorry, as i pointed out to Jason, as an architect i am a bit disturbed by the perspective distortion. May i suggest you to try this little program?

RE: [Plugin] SketchyBevel 0.1(Updated May 11)
Simply put the .rb file in your Sketchup plugins folder. Then you will find the bevel tool in context menu (right button click of the mouse).

RE: Understanding a few key steps...
If you question was about how to round quickly the corners of 2d shapes then you can use the "2d fillet" plugin that you can find here http://www.ohyeahcad.com/download/. Select all the shapes you want than just input a fillet radius.

RE: The Pantheon, Rome (WIP)
Nice job indeed!
For this kind of work this plugin for photoshop is a must.

It's a volumetric light generator that works on images.
Here is a quick try i made with your last image.

The same happens (never works) if you try to do that on a single face in order to have a grid (horizontally + vertically).
Maybe it's only my problem?Unfortunately I think it is your problem, because what you describe always work on my side...
Hi Didier and thanks for your patience. When i use for the second time "insert guides at divisions" some lines are missed (very often the middle line) but i've noticed that if i click a little bit below the edge of the solid it works fine. Maybe this makes some sense to you?

RE: [Plugin] extrudeEdgesByEdges.rb
Hi TIG and many thanks. I've tried both "intersect with self" or not, but nothing changed. A little problem...
