Tnx Rich, as using Thea for rendering then just (for testing) made really simple model of tree trunk as Instance base & used "ring" model as instance & basically that's it. Probably have to play with thickness of instances & have to create a better base model to get the proper shape of tree but otherwise does the job good enough. My Q was pretty much for the interest if there's an easy way to do it in SU with any kind of plugins & from the point of getting smarter in SU. You're never too smart in SU, are you? you can download ol' SU Pro versions (DE/EN only) down to version 6 from our SUP download archive. Recent operating systems are obviously not supported.

Charly, I went to a view looking down at the front door. I zoomed extents and saw the window expand to the upper right. I blindly window-selected in that upper right area. 2 edges were selected. I deleted them. After that zoom extents just shows the immediate building area. Peter

You want soil or rock? Just photograph the cut where a local road passed through a hill rather than going around it. I would send one. But things here are rocky as the surface of the moon.
