SU integration with cnc bench

Hi,
Has someone made some drawings in SU for later use in cnc bench. Is it reasonable at all use SU drawings after exported into dwg at that case? Or do I have to make my drawing in ACad only?

There is a product called the phlatprinter, which is a low-cost cnc foam cutter. They have developed a Sketchup to gcode plug-in that may be useful:
