Well Canada and Quebec do try to be metric. But the trade with the states is limiting this. Stupid capitalism.
Anyway, I do not see why you say I'm using dimensions to identify the parts. Could you give me an example.

Most of these have been done with v 17. Some might just not work.

McF3D, renamed Sketch_Int, lets you create walls and add doors and windows on the fly. Simple and straightforward.
Now compatible from 2020 up.
Install it from Sketchucation's ExtensionStore right in SketchUp.

I like localizing plugins. Helps me learn ruby. I found this one well written and thus a good teacher.
So it is now localized with LanguageHandler. And french strings. v 3.4.3

To Mac users: Sierra & High Sierra.
Finally tracked down that occasional (sometime often) SU 'Hang on quit' problem. (beachball & force quit)
Occurs every time one of Fredo's configuration dialog is opened during a session.
To check that, be sure all of Fredo's stuff is up to date, and, optionally, disable all other extensions.
Would love to read feedback on this.
Note that those useful tools work no problem, thanks again Fredo.
Only their config dialogs are in question here.

Making this consistent is a pretty good idea.
After thinking about it, I realize that I like to input the space I want between each. If the spaces all start from the bottom of the opening, I have to calculate what is the space left between each. If there is only 2 shelves, ok, but with 5 or 6, calculations would slow down the process.

Hi Mac users. A litlle survey.
Lately I'm having a small annoyance with this extension.
If I open the pane for the tools (see image) once in a session, then SU cannot quit normally. Beachball.
I removed all the other extension leaving only it and the Lib. Still bug.
Anyone else ?
update: Just did it with Curvizard.

I had to do this because Sketchup's own Dynamic Components were creating stack issues and weren't allowing cabmaker to make it through their review process. This strategy has now made it through.

I think one has to close the model and reopen for it to work.
